Cali, and the big 7!!!

This one is a little long ;)  I tried to narrow the pics down to my favorite but they were all just so cute!

We decided to plan our family vacation around Miss Rylee’s 7^th, yes I said SEVENTH birthday.  Crazy crazy crazy how fast it has gone by!!!  Since the kids have never flown we decided to take them to California and road trip it via rental car to a few cool places…first stop DISNEYLAND J  We had such a great time and I can’t wait to make even more memories with them as they grow.

On our last day we went to La Jolla Beach.  This is a place called Childrens Pool.  There were tons of seals everywhere. Very cool.

 

Rylee’s birthday was mainly celebrated in Cali but we did have a little party for her and her friends at the nail salon the weekend after. The girls had a blast and they are all just so cute at this age.

End of the year shows

 

 

Rylee decided LAST year in Kindergarten that she wanted to do the talent show.  At the time I thought she was too young but this year she has been planning it since the beginning of 1^st grade.  She has some buddies from school that are also in her dance class and so they decided to do a dance together for the talent show.  I hired a Montgomery High School dance team girl to choreograph and teach them the dance to “Call Me Maybe”.  It turned out so cute and I am so proud of these girls for having the courage to get up in front of their peers and do this! Unfortunately I cannot seem to get the video on the blog L 

 

Parker had his end of the year program last week.  He sang 4 songs but yet again I cannot figure out how to get the video on here!  GRRR  frustrated.  I wish everyone could see it though because he is quite the character!!!  I just love this little guy so much.

 

 

2013 so far...

Parker is playing soccer this Spring for his second season.

He is participating more this season than last :)

Yes I know I am doing this backwards but that is what happens when you don't blog for 4 months and try to play catch up!!!! :(  I will do better I promise but my post will be kept short and sweet from now on so that I can stay on top of things.  2013 post coming soon!
